The decor at Moxy was modern and the hotel was clean, creating a hip and comfortable atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the lounge area with a trendy vibe. The welcome drink was a nice touch and added to the overall positive experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a sewage odor in the en suite and a long wait at check-in and check-out, I found my stay at Moxy Amsterdam Houthavens enjoyable.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful neighborhood on the outskirts of the city, making it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was modern, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. We also appreciated the amenities such as the terrace and garden furniture, which allowed us to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. The hotel had excellent service, with room service and tours/ticket assistance available. We also enjoyed the convenience of having shops and commercial services on site. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The common electric charger in the garage seemed faulty and wasn't fixed outside of working hours.

The hotel is situated in an area currently undergoing construction, but in general everything was great. The room was clean and modern with good quality furniture. The bathroom was also clean, although some parts of the walls weren't painted yet. The service was decent, although some staff members lacked knowledge about check-in and check-out procedures. The breakfast was satisfactory, and there were cool facilities such as a spa and a TV with streaming capabilities. The location on the harbour provided awesome views across the water.

The location was a bit tricky and there were limited transportation options, especially late at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the outskirts of the city, right on the harbor, was perfect for a peaceful and scenic getaway. The staff provided exceptional room service and were always available to assist with any requests. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the available pet amenities made it convenient for me to bring along my furry friend. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a well-equipped fitness center. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities, such as an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning provided a comfortable environment, and I enjoyed spending time on the terrace with the lovely garden furniture.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not the best, as noise from outside and neighboring rooms could be heard. The air conditioner was also too cold and couldn't be adjusted to a warmer temperature.

The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms being nice and tidy. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the gym, pool, and sauna, which my boyfriend used every day. The location, although not in the center, was very convenient with a bus station right at the top of the road, providing easy transport to the city center. The staff were helpful and friendly, with special mention to Iness and Martina, who provided excellent service and tips for exploring the area. We also enjoyed the quirky decor and messages throughout the hotel, creating a unique and cute atmosphere.

We were really surprised by the level of service at Moxy. The staff were very good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Even though there were a few minor issues with the room, such as the temperature being too cool and the air conditioning fan disturbing our sleep, the hotel promptly offered us another room to make up for it. The friendly and cute attitude of the staff made our stay nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.
